This interactive workshop explores the fundamentals of workplace conflict, helping participants understand its causes, impacts, and resolution strategies. Through real-world scenarios and practical exercises, attendees will learn how to manage disputes constructively, improve communication, and foster a more positive work environment.

This session will introduce strategies to mitigate any fears associated with crucial or difficult conflict conversations. Participants will be able to effectively prepare for difficult conversations, recognize and manage their own triggers to ensure constructive responses during difficult conversations, and manage defensiveness and hostility in others.

The focus of this workshop is to support managers, leaders, and HR professionals as they plan and implement a diversity, equity and inclusion organizational plan. Using change management theory and impactful communication, participants will explore how to plan for and implement a comprehensive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion organizational plan that results in deeper innovation, enriched employee engagement, and organizational success.
