Janet Stewart is a leadership coach and facilitator who loves to inspire teams to foster inclusive workplace cultures. Over her career, she has worked in varied senior human resource and labour relations roles, including over 8 years in executive roles supporting Board strategy. Janet is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, a Qualified Mediator, a Professional Certified Coach and is PROSCI® change-management certified. In addition to her Masters in Adult Education (UBC), Janet has Certificate in Organizational Coaching (UBC), a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC, and a Certificate in Organizational Development (Queen's IRC).

Sena Paradis is a leadership coach and facilitator whose career spans over 25 years including 13 years at the executive levels in the Canadian Federal Public Service. She served as the Senior Director of Negotiations at Crown Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada. Sena was the Chief Federal Negotiator to bring the Tla'amin Treaty into effect in the Powell River area and Negotiator for the Maa-nulth Treaties. She oversaw and led co-development of many other reconciliation agreements with Indigenous peoples and the Government of British Columbia. Sena has a Masters in Public Administration (UVic), a Certificate in Organizational Coaching (UBC), a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC and a Certificate in Intercultural Communications (UBC). As an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach, she approaches her work with a strengths-focused approach to empower high performance and wellness.

Karen Levine is Qualified Mediator and Registered Professional Engineer in BC who loves to work as a mediator, faciliator and change specialist. She has a diverse career background, ranging from operations management to business and process efficiency consulting in both Canada and the United States. Sectors of focus include energy, resources, utilities, high tech and government agencies. She has a growing civil mediation practice and devotes many volunteer hours to sustainability initiatives. Her engineer degree is from Queen's University. She also holds a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC.
Amrit Dhaliwal has a strong passion for all things "human resources" and is a valuable member of the Stablehouse consulting team. With an undergraduate degree in human resources, Amrit offers skills in the area recruitment, retention and employment marketing. She also supports the team on a broad range of projects, contributing her strong organizational and writing skills.
